The Law Offices of Susan M. Mooney, P.C. celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. The firm began providing legal representation in Stoneham at its present location in September 1989.

On June 3, 2009, The Law Offices of Susan M. Mooney, P.C. conducted a free seminar, "Taking Control of Your Future, A Legal Check Up", at the Reading Senior Center in Reading, Massachusetts, providing information to Seniors on a wide range of legal issues affecting their lives. The seminar was sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

The Law Offices of Susan M. Mooney, P.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Christine P. Teixeira joined the firm in October 2008 as an Associate. Attorney Teixeira is a 2000 graduate of The University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, Connecticut and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Ms. Teixeira will practice in the areas of estate planning, probate law, elder law, corporate law, real estate law, and civil litigation, including probate litigation and the representation of injured persons in motor vehicle, construction, and premises cases. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is also licensed as an Attorney in Connecticut.
